Staff Profiles

Jonathan Ritson
Jonathan studied law at the University of Sheffield. He joined the firm in 1992 and qualified as a solicitor in 1994. Since then, Jonathan has gained wide experience in dealing with family matters, handling criminal cases in both the Crown and magistrates courts, civil litigation and residential and commercial conveyancing.

Becoming a Partner in 1997, Jonathan has overseen and implemented many changes in the law and procedure that have affected the firm’s practice.

Since becoming Senior Partner in 2006, Jonathan now focuses on residential and commercial conveyancing acting for a wide range of private and commercial clients throughout the region.

Joanne Parsons
Joanne Parsons started with the firm in 1999, as a trainee solicitor, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2001. She went on to become a Partner in 2003.

In 2004 Joanne was offered the opportunity to open and run the firm’s Wombourne office, specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing, and wills and probate.

Joanne has made a conscious effort, on behalf of the firm, to become involved in the village community and the firm is involved in sponsoring numerous local events as a sign of its commitment to their clients and the area.

David Pritchard
David Pritchard’s career with the firm began at our former Bilston office in September 1961.

David was articled to his father, the late Mr Ronald Pritchard, and was admitted as a solicitor in 1966.

He subsequently moved to the Wolverhampton office on its opening, in the 1980s, and successfully built up the office with Philip Clayton, specialising in commercial and residential conveyancing, probate, wills and commercial leases.

David retired as a Partner in 2006, but continues to play a vital role in the firm as a consultant, specialising in commercial and private conveyancing matters, leases probate and wills.

Gursharan Bunger
Gursharan Bunger completed her law degree at the University of Leicester, and subsequently studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Birmingham.

At the conclusion of her studies, she was offered a training contract with the firm where she qualified as a solicitor in 2002.

Gursharan was based at our Bilston office, until its closure in March 2007, where she established a strong client base in the fields of wills and probate and residential conveyancing.

On her move to the Wolverhampton office, Gursharan has continued to specialise in residential conveyancing and wills and probate.

Amy Evans
Amy Evans qualified as a solicitor in 2006, having completed her training contract with the firm. She studied law at Aberystwyth University, later going on to the College of Law, at Birmingham, to complete the Legal Practice Course.

Since qualifying, Amy has chosen to specialise in wills and probate, and residential conveyancing.

Lindsy D’Arcy
Lindsy D’Arcy has spent all of her working career employed in solicitors’ offices.

Having worked for several other well-known local firms, Lindsy chose to join HP&P in 2005, where she continues to deliver a high quality conveyancing service to all of her clients

Lindsy D’Arcy

Sallyann Breakwell
Sallyann Breakwell qualified as a Legal Executive in 2000 and gained valuable litigation experience in the Construction Industry.

Since joining HP&P in 2001, she has extended her fields of expertise to family work, including divorce, ancillary relief, matrimonial conveyancing and private children law matters.

Sallyann also deals with other court matters, including debt recovery, possession proceedings on behalf of individual landlords, and boundary disputes.
